Visitation PoliciesThe teams at Bridgeway and Avalon are happy that our regulatory agencies are providing relaxed guidelines for visitation. We no longer will require pre-scheduled visits, however, there are still regulations and safety protocols that must be adhered to in order to protect the safety of our residents and staff, particularly during times of high transmission and positivity of COVID-19 in our local community. Please read our visitation guidelines below and reach out to the building receptionist or administrator with any questions.
Requirements for Visitation
Any visitor who is unable and unwilling to comply with these rules may lose their visitation privileges. We offer the following alternatives to in-person visits:
Family MessengerFamily Messenger is a free Bridgeway Senior Healthcare service that allows friends and family to send photo or video messages to their loved ones in our care. For instructions, click here.
After Your VisitIf you test positive for COVID-19 or have symptoms of COVID-19 within 14 days of visiting, begin self-isolation and notify the facility immediately for additional guidance.
