Pulmonary Care Program

Bridgeway’s Breathworks program is designed to provide comprehensive care to individuals with pulmonary disease, including:

• COPD
• Pneumonia
• Emphysema
• Asthma
• Chronic Bronchitis
• Restrictive Lung Disease
• Pulmonary Fibrosis
• Tracheostomies

Once enrolled in the program, patients work with a team of pulmonary rehabilitation and respiratory care specialists who will tailor the program to meet your specific needs, and get you back to life’s daily activities with fewer symptoms.
