Cardiac Rehabilitation Program

As part of Bridgeway’s cardiology program, our interdisciplinary team works with patients recovering from heart disease or heart surgery. Physicians, therapists, nurses, aides, social workers and dieticians work together to create and implement an individualized, progressive and holistic program for our patients. Cardiac rehabilitation is just one of the therapy services that you can find through the Bridgeway centers. We also staff a team of experienced professionals for the stroke rehabilitation, ortho recovery needs of our patients. 

This outcomes-based program specifically targets patients with these diagnoses, among others:

• Congestive Heart Failure (CHF)
• Heart Disease
• Hypertension
• Atrial Fibrillation
• Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG)
• Aortic Valve Replacement/Repair
• Valvular Heart Disease
• Congenital Heart Disease
• Enlarged Heart (Cardiomyopathy)
• Peripheral Vascular Disease (PVD)
• Post-myocardial infarction with complications (Heart Attack)
• Post-cardiac surgery
