Bridgeway Senior Healthcare has been recognized again as a 2022 Top Workplace by NJ.com. The company, headquartered in Bridgewater, operates four senior living and rehabilitation facilities and has 441 employees.

Energage, the Pennsylvania-based research partner for the project, conducted Top Workplaces surveys for more than 59 major metro markets and surveyed more than 2 million employees at 8,000 organizations in the past year. The survey used to determine the Top Workplaces assesses several factors, including 15 research-based culture drivers and statements on commitment, referral and motivation that measure employee engagement. For 2021, the program honored 63 winning companies with 50 or more employees ranging from large to small companies to mid-size companies like Bridgeway Senior Healthcare.
