Tuition Reimbursement
Take advantage and learn online or in the classroom to further your education. We offer generous tuition reimbursement of up to $3,000 per year to full-time staff.

Retirement Plans: We offer a 401K plan to allow staff to contribute to their future.

Life Insurance: All full-time staff is covered with a $5,000 life insurance plan at no cost to the employee.

Emergency Loans: We offer interest-free emergency loans of up to $1,000 per year to staff in good standing. 

Time Away
We offer an exceptionally generous time away plan inclusive of vacation, 7 sick days and 4 days personal time. Unused sick time is paid out in mid-December, and staff can choose to buy back unused vacation time.

With DailyPay, employees can have access to their earned pay before payday. Employees can make secure transfers of their earnings whenever and wherever they need, 24/7/365. There is no charge to sign up.
