Our sub acute care facility for seniors caters specifically to the requirements of subacute patients and comes equipped with its very own dining area, lounges, and fitness center.

Patients receive daily treatment that is tailored to their individual requirements as part of their rehabilitation, which assists them in regaining their strength and mobility in the shortest amount of time possible. The facility is well-staffed by a skilled rehabilitation team.

Our fitness center is stocked with a broad variety of state-of-the-art equipment, such as a mock kitchen where patients can practice cooking and other tasks of daily living to better prepare them for when they are finally able to go back home. We provide thorough discharge planning, as well as the post-release follow-up, with the goal of reducing the need for readmission to the hospital.
