​Our Cardiac Rehabilitation Program specifically targets patients with the diagnoses of CHF, Ischemic Heart Disease, Hypertension, Atrial Fibrillation, CABG and/or Aortic Valve Repair or Replacement. 

Breathworks
​Pulmonary Care Program

This program is offered exclusively at the Bridgeway at Hillsborough campus and helps individuals who have been diagnosed with COPD, Pneumonia, Emphysema, and other significant respiratory conditions.

Orthopedic Surgery Recovery Program

Bridgeway helps patients who are recovering from major joint replacement and bone trauma, among other orthopedic conditions.

Stroke Rehabilitation Program

The Stroke Rehabilitation program at Bridgeway focuses on recovery for patients who have been affected by a stroke, or TIA. 

Therapy Services

Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Language Therapy services are available 7 days per week.​
