​Bridgeway at Bridgewater and Bridgeway at Hillsborough seek experienced RN Unit Managers to oversee clinical operations on dedicated units. Serving as the nursing lead, you will ensure high‑quality care by supervising nursing staff, managing resident care, and enforcing regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• ​Lead and support Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants, fostering teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
• Oversee and participate in Care Planning to ensure individualized plans are carried out with consistency and clinical excellence.
• Communicate proactively with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary partners to advocate for residents and maintain trust.
• Uphold policies, procedures, and state regulations while promoting a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

12-Hour Shifts (7AM to 7PM | 7PM to 7AM)

Both Bridgewater and Hillsborough campuses offer leadership opportunities specifically on 12-hour day (7AM to 7PM) and night (7PM to 7AM) shifts - ideal for professionals who prefer consistency in extended shifts.
