How do I download the latest version of Skype?

Click through to the Download Skype page
Select your device and start the download*.
You can launch Skype after it is installed on your device.

*Skype for Windows 10 is already installed on the latest version of Windows 10.

How do I create a new account for Skype?

Launch Skype and select Create new account or go directly to the Create account page.
Sign into Skype when you have completed the process of creating a new account.

Now that I have installed and logged into Skype, how do I schedule a Skype session with my loved one?

Because of the overwhelming demand for Skype visits, please be mindful of a few things:

1) Please make sure your information is ACCURATE

2) If time permits, we will ALWAYS extend your Skype visit beyond the allocated time. However, because of the demand, we may have to politely notify you during your Skype video visit that we will need to end the call soon in order to accommodate the next resident and their family.

3) When we schedule your request, you will receive an invitation. Please look out for this invite for your Skype visit information.
